there isnt any cheats for fifa 08  but icould give you some tips . Go to team managment and go to transfer list go on a search for players between any age and level 90 and up.they will cost up to£15 to £20 milion  

by spme players when they are rubish and train them to be better skill than they was when you bought them.    hope this helps
