NEW SHOCKWAVES GUITAR TOURNAMENT REVELEAD
Win loads of prizes, check here for details.

Posted by Joe Anderson on Jul 3, 2009 18:00 (221 days ago)

Microsoft today announced the new “Shockwaves Guitar Hero 100” tournament  on Xbox.com (www.xbox.com/shockwaves).

Xbox will be looking to uncover the “Guitar Hero: World Tour” player who can rip through guitar classics and be crowned the UK’s Ultimate Guitar Hero at the end of the tournament.

Register for the tournament by downloading the Shockwaves Guitar Hero 100 Tournament gamerpic here before 26th July.

The tournament will then run from the 29th July through to the 16th August, during which time you have to record your best score playing one of the following tracks on Guitar Hero: World Tour...

· Motohead - Overkill

· Oasis - Some Might Say

· The Enemy - Aggro

However, you don’t have to be a rock legend to win; everyone can get involved in the easy “Play and Win” element of the tournament simply by downloading the exclusive gamerpic on their Xbox 360 and entering between 3rd July and 16th August. http://marketplace.xbox.com/games/offers/022f0002-0000-4000-8000-000058580818

The prize pool for this tournament includes:

- A Plasma TV

- An ultimate Guitar Hero band kit

- Metallica guitar bundles

- Pair of tickets from See

- iPods

- A year's supply of Shockwaves product

- A hair makeover with Michael Douglas, including travel and hotel

- Microsoft points and Xbox LIVE subscriptions

- Xbox consoles

Sounds good, so why not download that Gamerpic today.
