Famitsu have this morning revealed the life-to-date sales figures for the Playstation 3 and Nintendo Wii in Japan as of December 13th.
The Nintendo Wii has sold 9,048,012 units while the Playstation 3 has managed a reasonable 4,020,563 units sold.
These figures are fairly reasonable for Sony, though there is no doubting that they would rather be a bit closer to their Japanese rivals.
