Hamburg-based dtp entertainment AG, have today revealed that the new sports game Summer Athletics will appear in summer 2008 for Wii, Xbox 360, PlayStation 2 and PC.

Summer Athletics offers 25 of the most popular summer sports disciplines, such as sprinting, hurdles, cycling, archery, javelin, hammer throw, and swimming, will provide long-lasting fun, a bit like a next gen Track & Field I guess.

Summer Athletics will also include a multi-player option, which should be good if done correctly. 

The game also includes four different difficulty levels in two gaming modes, arcade and career, as well as featuring a character editor to offer lifelike 3D graphics, realistic athlete animations, and an impressive stadium atmosphere with the flair of live competitions.

Summer Athletics will appropriately be released this summer.
