Konami have today released a patch for Metal Gear Online that adds a brand new modes to the game, Team Sneaking.

Team Sneaking mode, sees one team trying to infiltrate the base of the other team and destroy a target.

The update also includes a new Headshots Only host option which means that only kills achieved with headshots will count.
