IGN have reported that in the not to distant future a patch will be released for Uncharted Drakes Fortune for the PS3, which will give us Trophy Support for 48 trophies.

Unfortunately though you will have to start the game again to  achieve the new trophies, though in our opinion that is no bad thing, considering what a great game it is.
