Naughty Dog has revealed today that the Trophies in Uncharted will be awarded for exactly the same things that the in game medals are already awarded for.

There are 47 of them altoghether, although any you have will need to be earned again should you wish to unlock the trophies on your profile

The only exception to this will be the Platinum Trophy, which is awarded for collecting all the others.
