Nintendo has revealed today that Wii Fit will be released in Europe on 25th April.

Developed to act as your personal trainer,Wii Fit encourages and coaches you and your family to keep fit in an enjoyable and effective way. The system connects to your TV and uses a sensor board to track your progress.

Once you step on the board, Wii Fit will measure your body mass index and assess your current level of fitness. Like a personal trainer, Wii Fit will then guide you through over 40 different muscle, yoga, aerobic and balance exercises to meet your own fitness objectives. With Wii Fit, regular exercise is not only effective but, most importantly, fun.
